By creating an account or using Nightroom in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. Notify us immediately at legal@night-room.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Prohibited conduct includes: harassment or abuse of other players, cheating or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage, attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform, and impersonating other users or Nightroom staff.

4. User Content

Any content you submit (usernames, chat messages, profile information) remains yours. By submitting it you grant Nightroom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightroom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Nightroom operates.
